The Huawei P20 Pro added a 3 camera system featuring a staggering 40 megapixel sensor. It possesses a stunning design and EMUI 8.1 interface. Huawei P20 Pro has no wireless charging. It is a 6.1 inch FHD+ OLED device. Huawei P20 Pro is packaged with a 24 megapixel front camera and 3 cameras (40MP + 20MP + 8MP) behind the device. The device is the first smartphone with triple camera. P20 Pro photographic capacities are supercharged to outperform its hottest completion in a myriad of ways. Huawei P20 Pro takes better pictures than the likes of Samsung Galaxy Note 9, OnePlus 6T and even the iPhone XS.  The device’s Launch price is £799.

1. Huawei P20 Pro Design

Huawei P20 Pro rocks a glass and metal frame. The body of the device has been built to an exceptional level that fits the finish. The polished metal frame blends into the pillowed glass back. Huawei P20 has IP67 dust and water resistance feature.

The camera module has been pushed into the corner in a vertical arrangement similar to the like of the iPhone XS Max although there is a third camera sensor that sits separately from the other two.

Huawei P20 Pro screen has a resolution of 2160 x 1080. Colors can be adjusted to suit personal preference through the settings menu. The device supports the HDR10. This feature enables you to stream HDR contents from supported sources like the Netflix which gives a good viewing experience.

Huawei’s Emotion UI interface is not too encouraging. Huawei P20 Pro has a much improved version of the EMUI. It runs the Android 8.1 Oreo. The Huawei P20 Pro offers a 2D face recognition which is super fast. But it is not as secure as the 3D face recognition as that of the iPhone X.

The Huawei P20 Pro is a super fast device. It boasts the Kirin 970 SoC with 6GB RAM. With this huge amount of RAM, the device is consistently fast. It can handle every task thrown at it like switching between apps and streaming videos from YouTube over 4G.

5. Huawei P20 Pro Camera

Huawei P20 Pro is the first smartphone to rock a triple rear camera setup. It has whopping 40 megapixel primary ‘Light Fusion’ RGB sensor with f/1.8 aperture. Huawei P20 Pro also has 20 megapixel monochrome sensor with f/1.6 aperture and an 8 megapixel telephoto sensor with f/2.4 aperture. These camera features work in conjunction to supercharge the camera module’s photographic capabilities.

As explained by Huawei, the only smallest sensor (8 megapixel telephoto) offering was in possession of Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).While the 20MP and 40 MP sensors relied on the performance of the phone’s Neutral Processing Unit (NPU). This feature may be added in the development of the Huawei smartphones in the future.
