The iPhone 11 has been launched. These are everything you need to know about the new Apple iPhone.

Apple has unveiled the new long anticipated iPhone 11. Some vital information has been gathered. These pieces of information include the price, release date, camera features and specs.

The iPhone 11 will hit stores on September 20. You can pre-order it from September 13. This new iPhone 11 still has the same 6.1-inch screen as the iPhone XR. This new phone will run iOS 13 software. It is powered by Apple’s A13 Bionic chip.

There are two 12 megapixel sensors on the back. The second one is meant for ultra wide shots and videos. Apple has launched the iPhone 11 alongside iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. The 5G connectivity doesn’t feature on any of the new iPhones.

1. iPhone 11 Price

Apple will be selling the new iPhone 11 for $699 in the US and for £729 for the UK users. This price is a lot cheaper than the starting price of the iPhone XR. This  is the most affordable iPhone we have seen in years. The 64GB will cost as much as $699/£729. The 128GB is with the price $749/£779. And as for the 256GB, the price will be around $849/£879.

This prices in pound sterling is more expensive than that of the dollars this year while in the previous years, the prices in dollars and sterling are matched exactly.

2. iPhone 11 Design and Display

The iPhone 11 said to be the direct successor of the iPhone XR. There are just few upgrades in it. For example, there are two camera sensors on the back rather than just one. The secondary camera can shoot wide angle pictures and one can easily switch from one sensor to the other one when shooting videos. With the new Apple’s A13 Bionic chip, the iPhone 11 can deliver better on standard general performance and graphics.

It looks exactly like the iPhone XR. The question is what has actually changed? Well we can say Apple has added a much desired water resistance. This tech claims that you can now submerge the device in two meters of water for 30 minutes.

There are also some amazing new colors which are six in total. These includes the shade of purple and other 5 colors (Yellow, green, white, black and red). The new device is measuring 6.1-inch with resolution 1792 x 828. Apple is still sticking with the “Liquid Retina” for the iPhone 11 display.

3. iPhone 11 Camera

There is a dual lens camera array in the new iPhone 11. The extra lens is a perfect upgrade of the XR’s single camera. The Pro and Pro Max versions has a total of three lenses. The new 12-megapixel secondary sensor can capture much wider shots due to its 120-degree lens.

The camera has another new feature; the slow-motion selfies. Apple calls these “slofies”. This uses the 12 megapixels’ true depth camera on the front to snap selfies that moves. There is another new camera feature which is dedicated night mode. This helps to shoot videos in low-light situations.

4. iPhone 11 Specs

The new phone  has the A13 Bionic CPU which is still the 7nm architecture as before. This A13 Bionic is the fastest chip on market, as claimed by Apple. It serves in terms of better performance and graphics. The new device has 4GB RAM just like the iPhone XS.

5. iPhone 11 Battery life and 5G connectivity

The nhew Apple phone is capable of the Qi wireless charging. It is packaged with the puny 5W charger that Apple have been using for years. There is a bit of disappointment in the 5G connectivity in the new device. It doesn’t support a 5G. this new device has a super-fast Wi-Fi. It possesses a Wi-Fi 6. This is a Wi-Fi 802.11 ax standard. This supports 4x performance boost in crowded areas and up to 40% higher data speeds.
